N.E.E.D Tools are designed to offer patients and health consumer’s the specific tools they need in order to effectively take control and navigate their own health care. We offer these tools at no cost to the consumer and recommend that you print them and keep them in a folder or binder to take with you on doctor visits or during hospital stays, etc.

These tools will help you to better prepare yourself when speaking with doctors and health care providers, and allow you a way to keep track of important information or to journal your care or other vital information. Even more importantly, they provide helpful information that will educate you on a variety of topics, teach you how to avoid being the victim of a medical error, help prevent adverse events, and offer vital information about many different disease and health-related topics, and even save you hundreds of dollars on health-related costs.
